• With the organization you are applying to: Your application data, documents, and form responses are shared with the organization managing your hiring or onboarding process.
• With service providers: We use third-party services for hosting, communication (including SMS delivery), background checks, and scheduling. These providers access your data only as needed to perform their functions.
• For legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. SMS Communications

If you opt in to receive SMS messages, we will send texts related to your application status through our messaging provider. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for support. Opting out of SMS will not affect your application.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit
• Row-level data isolation between organizations
• Secure, token-based access to applicant portals
• Masking of sensitive information (e.g., SSN) in system logs

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your data.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Organizations using Regi may have their own retention policies that apply to data collected through their workflows.
