Terms of Service

1. Overview

Regi is an applicant tracking and workforce management platform operated by Regi ("we," "us," "our"). Our Service enables organizations to manage hiring workflows, onboarding, and post-hire compliance, and enables applicants to submit applications, upload documents, and complete onboarding tasks.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts and Access

Organizations access the Service through authenticated admin accounts. Applicants access the Service through secure, token-based links provided during the application process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or access links provided to you.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

5. SMS Communications

By checking the SMS opt-in box during application, you consent to receive text messages from the organization you are applying to regarding your application status. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Regi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Document Uploads and User Content

You retain ownership of any documents, images, or data you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and the organization you are applying to.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
